When Is a Professional Not a Professional?
Architects and Architectural Technologists are the only professionals fully trained in all aspects of a building project, from start to finish. Because of the length of the training course with practical experience forming part of the qualification, it is difficult to qualify, so much so, that the use of the title “Architect” is specifically protected by law.
Not everyone is a professional, anyone calling themselves an ‘architectural consultant’ or ’architectural designer’ may not have completed this training, and some may have no qualifications at all. Always seek written confirmation that they are who they say they are.
Initial advice and information is available for a small fee to anyone planning to build or alter an individual home.
Individuality Built In
With your priorities and particular needs as a starting point, we will work with you to design a home that matches both your dream and your budget. No time is soon enough to engage your architect if you are planning to build.
